Annual Meeting Presenter Instructions

REGISTRATION

The registration form is available here: ASCCT 15th Annual Meeting

Your prompt registration is appreciated. Please plan to attend the meeting and present in person, except for extenuating circumstances. Contact the organizers if you are not able to attend. 

CE presenters are offered complimentary registration; please contact the organizers for a code if you haven't received it.

ORAL PRESENTERS (Including SAAOP Ancillary presenters)

Please prepare your presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint landscape mode. Slides should be provided by October 27th (October 26th in the morning for SAAOP) to ensure a smooth meeting; slides can be submitted by either method below and they will be loaded onto the conference computer for you.

Please name your presentation file with the convention: [Presentation day].["Oral Talk", "Flash Poster", or "CE"].[Last name]

Example: Tuesday.Flash Poster.Sullivan

Check the program for the date, time, and length of your presentation.

Please also check with your chair(s) for any session-specific instructions. 

FLASH POSTER PRESENTERS

Flash poster presenters are invited to present two items: a three-minute oral flash presentation and a printed, traditional poster. The aim of the flash session is to highlight your work and entice attendees to visit your poster board. We recommend 2-3 PowerPoint slides as you will be limited to exactly 3 minutes.

A suggested template can be downloaded in pdf or pptx format and you must provide your presentation slides by October 23rd. Your slides can be submitted by either method below and they will be combined with the other flash presentation slides and loaded onto the conference computer for you.

Please name your presentation file with the convention: [Presentation day].Flash Poster.[Last name]

Example: Tuesday.Flash Poster.Sullivan

Poster board session: You will be assigned to one of two poster sessions to attend your physical poster. Please check the program for your session. Posters can be displayed for the entire day of your session; please hang your poster when you arrive on your designated day.

The allotted poster board dimensions will be 4' h x 8' w with a suggested max poster size of 42" h x 72" w (106.64 x 182.88 cm).

PhD Posters Service: As in previous years, PhD Posters can print your poster and deliver it to the meeting for you on Tuesday, October 27th. The deadline for submitting your file for regular printing is Sunday, October 25th at 6:00 pm ET; rush printing for an additional fee is available until October 26th at 6:00 pm ET. You will be able to pick up your poster at the registration desk when you arrive on Tuesday. Find complete details and place your order here.

POSTER BOARD PRESENTERS

You will be assigned to one of two poster sessions to attend your physical poster. Please check the program for your session. Posters should be displayed for the entire day of your session..
