Cancellations and Changes
All changes and cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to the Workshop Organizers. All changes and cancellations are effective only after confirmed via e-mail.
Registration fees will be refunded in case the cancellation is made before May 8, 2020. A $100 processing fee will be deducted to cover processing costs. There will be no refund for cancellations made after May 8, 2020.
- All refunds will be net of credit card processing fees or bank fees, if payment is made online via credit card or via bank transfer.
- All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Criteria for Student/post-doc rate
Registrants selecting the Student/post-doc rate should fit into one of the following categories:
- Enrolled in a degree-seeking program or a recent (within the last 24 months) graduate with a bachelor’s, master’s or postdoctoral degree.
- Awarded a doctoral degree (within the last 5 years) and are actively conducting research and/or pursuing additional training and your position description includes the term grant holder, postdoctoral fellow, or postdoctoral assistant, or a similar descriptor.
Please review the criteria and register based on your qualifications. Note that we may reserve the right to see proof of eligibility, and registrants who are not eligible will be expected to pay the difference.
